Foster Anthony

Foster Anthony founded Stellar Commercial Services, in 2014. His vision was to establish a company which delivered “stellar” commercial services with emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

He brings over 35 years of technical, managerial, quality, and safety experience with the Federal government. His background also encompasses years of practical and managerial experience in the commercial cleaning industry which includes customer service support, establishing administrative policies, and developing operational procedures.

Mr. Anthony has a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Chemistry and Biology from Middle Tennessee State University. Furthermore, he holds lead auditor certifications for both ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality management.

He is a proud alumnus of America's largest Community Leadership Program, Leadership Orlando, and also Leadership Law, where he networks closely with respected business leaders and legal professionals.

Tesleem Afolabi

Tesleem Afolabi is Vice President and General Manager for Stellar Commercial Services. He oversees day-to-day operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. In addition, he supports employee inductions and training on customer service.

He joined Stellar CSI in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in customer service and marketing from his experience in the hotel, restaurant, and fitness center industry.

Mr. Afolabi earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida International University in Miami, Fl. with a major in Hospitality Management. He has also acquired an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification with emphasis in cleaning, sanitization, and food borne illnesses.
